Note: New sets are introduced throughout the year, approximately each quarter, usually concluding with a Qigong Workshop - the sets are taught whole class, repeating the movement sequences for revisions.

Qigong can be practised as a discipline within itself, and as a complement to Tai Chi.

*Seated Qigong session with the ‘St. Ives Breathers Club’ - this group meets in Carbis Bay alternate Monday afternoons to assist people suffering from Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), Asthma, Emphysema and general breathlessness. The group have fun afternoons, with light exercise, a cup of tea and friendly supportive company.
