Qigong Classes:

Suitable all levels - Beginners to Advanced

Classes are accessible to all levels. New students are welcome to start at any time of the year.


Content:

Note: New sets are introduced throughout the year, approximately each quarter, usually concluding with a Qigong Workshop - the sets are taught whole class, repeating the movement sequences for revisions.

Ma Wang Dui Dao Yin Arts Qigong Exercises are currently being taught within weekly Qigong Classes.


Qigong can be practised as a discipline within itself, and as a complement to Tai Chi.

Depending on experience, it may be possible to assimilate new students to an existing group, or form a new group, and/or supplement with Private Lessons.
